Probate records belong to Mobile County Probate Court, not the Circuit Clerk. City citations and municipal records belong to the issuing city's municipal clerk. City of Mobile Municipal Court is on the second floor of Government Plaza and can be reached at 251-208-7055. Federal case records use the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama and PACER.
